Feedback Request Template
If you're a regular listener to my podcast, then you know how much I emphasize the importance of having a feedback request system in place. Why? Well, because you want to make sure that what you're doing, how you're conducting business is satisfying your customers' needs. You can listen more about my thoughts on this subject by listening to episode 7 of The House Cleaning Podcast - where I talk about "Why, When, and How to Ask for Feedback Requests".
Below, you will find two templates that I have used in the past to ask customers for feedback - one is used after the initial cleaning (after the very first time you clean a customer's home); the other one is used with customers whom you've been servicing for a while. Again, I recommend that you ask for customer feedback at least once every three months, but I've known of small business owners who ask for feedback on a monthly basis or even just twice per year. It's up to you. The important thing is that you stay on top of your game with feedback requests! |
Initial Cleaning Feedback Request Template
Hello [Customer],
I hope all is well!
The reason I am messaging you is because we cleaned your house on [date] for the very first time.
Customer feedback and satisfaction is extremely important to us, so please when you get a chance let me know what you thought about our service. If you feel we could improve at something please let me know. We are always open to constructive criticism.
Finally, if it's not too much to ask, we would greatly appreciate a review on our Facebook page, since we are trying to create a bigger impact online; and, what better way than to have customers who have used our service review us online. This is the link to our Facebook page: [Your Facebook Business Page Link Goes Here].
Please let me know if you would like us to schedule a routine cleaning schedule at your home so I can add your home to our schedule.
