About Me
Welcome to Cleanerpreneur and thank you for taking some time to see what this is all about!
My name is Danny Partida and I, too, am a residential cleaning business owner. I’ve created this “About” section to talk a bit more about what this project is all about, why I started it, and what my objective for it is. I truly hope you can gain valuable information from it and perhaps, in one way or another, you can provide others and myself with some of the knowledge and experience you’ve obtained with your cleaning business. Enjoy… |
“Cleanerpreneur is, above all, a resource for current house cleaning business owners who are searching for methods available of improving their services.”

Who is Danny Partida? And, what does he know about this stuff?
I am a hard-working, goal-oriented, and focused guy. A father. A son. A health freak. And, a businessman.
I went to the University of California, Irvine and it was while I was studying there that I had to come up with some solutions to help my mom get more customers for her house cleaning business.
Only problem was, I was more than 70 miles away from home…
I had to work with what I had in front of me. What I had in front of me was … my computer.
Doing some simple online searches I was able to implement a few marketing and advertising strategies that took my mom’s business from 3 customers a day to 17 customers a day in less than 6 months.

The House Cleaning Podcast Story: The story of why and how I decided to start
The House Cleaning Podcast
I have always been a fan of personal development. I remember reading “Unlimited Power” by Tony Robbins when I was 16 or 17 years old. Jim Rohn, Les Brown, and Napoleon Hill are also favorites in my personal library.
As I got more involved in my mom’s house cleaning business – and on the days I actually had to go out “on the field” and clean houses I would always listen to business podcasts. Pat Flynn, John Lee Dumas, and Hal Elrod were always talking to me through my earbuds.
Soon I started questioning: what else can I do to improve the quality of our company? How can we truly make an impact in this industry? How can we really positively affect customer’s lives?

This is when I thought of producing my own podcast…
The House Cleaning Podcast!
I want to talk to as many small business owners as possible and exchange ideas in order to collectively improve our services and truly make an impact in our industry and positively affect our customers lives
Why I do what I do: It’s not about making money
This is my side/passion project. Why do I do it? Because I truly care about helping others – other business owners who might need a bit of motivation or inspiration; or, some insight into new strategies; or, perhaps, ideas as to how to become better business owners. I also care about providing a service that will satisfy all of the needs and requirements of customers.
Have you ever heard Zig Ziglar’s quote: “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want”?
Well, all I want in life is to be of service to others. This is what really gives ME satisfaction.
