Below, I provide you with a template that you can use to message customers who are considered in the house cleaning business industry as "one-time customers"; they are usually the ones who are upfront when they hire you by telling you that they only need your service one time. Or, sometimes it is those who prefer to "try out" your service before they make a commitment.
Whatever the circumstance I believe that you should keep them in the loop. What I did with my family's cleaning business was to create a reminder for myself exactly two months from the initial cleaning in my calendar. When that day came, I would simply copy and paste the message below and send it to them as a text message or an email. Or, if text and email were not available, I would simply call.
